    I am so glad you stopped by.   I believe 100% that we hold the keys to our own happiness.  That happiness is a decision we make every day and even in the worst circumstances we can find humor and laugh our way out of it together.    You might even catch me on a coffee break so click on the "chat with me" button to your right.   Did you stop by to check out one of my health, life, or relationship programs? 

 

    I'd love to speak with you to make sure we find the right program for you.   Here's a little about me....I am a Life Coach with my masters degree in counseling.  I LOVE people and helping people live happy and fulfilling lives. 

 

    I believe that you reach your life goals by focusing on 4 important areas of your life; I call them primary foods;  Career, Relationships, Physical Activity, and Spirituality.

    So, if you are feeling overwhelmed by any of life’s demands, my services aim to introduce clarity and self-motivation.  I also teach techniques to better manage the emotional gauntlet of modern life, especially how to manage relationships in the 21st century!

Career

Having a satisfying career is an important part of a balanced and happy life.

Spirituality

I believe a fulfilling Spiritaul life is the only thing that can't get you thought lifes rocky roads. 

Relationships

If there is the hint of problems in my relationships it can be hard to focus.  Be quick to resolve conflicts. 

Physical Activity

As hard as it is to start an exercise routine, it is harder to NOT exercise.  At least a 20 minute walk a day is recommended.
